Teachers work on the Newspaper Maths

How much Maths, which is relevant to primary classes, can you find in a newspaper? This is a simple question and activity. To make it emotionally more enriching, I ask the teachers to use colour pens and mark wherever they discover Maths in the newspaper. Thereafter, they are required to write, then and there, the Maths concept that they have discovered. In this manner, the brain links the concept and its real-life presence. Colours establish an emotional link for the subject and thus, subtly create a positive touch!

Simple; isn’t it?
